Question

Mail Bcc address showing in all recipients emails

When sending Bcc emails out, if I do not have an email address in the TO field the Bcc address's are not blind coppied to the recipients. I did not seem to have this issue before El Captain. Is Mail working correctly?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

Some ISPs will show BCC when there is no "To" recipient. I haven't seen it listed as a requirement before but Mail might also require this now as a security measure to keep Mail from being used to spam users. Always add yourself as the "to" recipient.
